Booking cancellation

At Kausala Bisma Ubud, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To offer you peace of mind while ensuring our boutique property can accommodate all travelers, we maintain the following cancellation guidelines:

We understand that travel plans can change. To help us manage our boutique inventory while offering you maximum flexibility, the following cancellation terms apply to all reservations at Kausala Bisma Ubud:

Standard Flexible Policy

  • Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are completely free of charge. Any deposits already paid will be fully refunded.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 13 days or less of your arrival date will incur a penalty charge equal to 100% of the total booking amount.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the reservation will be released and the full booking cost will be charged.

Non-Refundable Promotional Policy

  • For special promotional rates designated as Non-Refundable at the time of booking, the full payment is processed immediately.

  • No refunds, partial credits, or date modifications are permitted under this rate plan, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.

Early Departure

  • Should you choose to shorten your stay or check out earlier than your confirmed departure date, the remaining unspent nights are non-refundable and will be billed in full.

Processing Your Request

  • Direct Bookings: If you booked directly through our official website or reservations team, please email your cancellation request to our front desk.

  • Third-Party Bookings (OTAs): If your booking was made via an online travel agency (such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Expedia), all cancellations or modifications must be submitted and processed through that specific platform.
